RINGS

For the most accurate fit, measure your finger when your hands are at a natural temperature.

• Measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits comfortably.
• Alternatively, measure around your finger with a flexible strip or tape.

Sizes:15 cm (5.9 in), 16 cm (6.3 in), 17 cm (6.7 in) or 18 cm (7.1 in).

Care

To keep your 925 sterling silver jewellery at its best, store it in an airtight pouch when not being worn and wipe it gently with a soft silver polishing cloth.

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time through contact with air and moisture; this is normal, and natural tarnish can be polished away with a silver cloth. Avoid perfume, water and chemicals, and remove your pieces before bathing, swimming or exercising.

    We work with freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl, natural crystals and gemstones, each with its own variations in colour, shape and texture.

    Our pieces are handcrafted in Zhejiang, China. Metal components are 925 sterling silver.

    How should I care for my jewellery?

    925 sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time; this can be polished away with a soft silver cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, water and household chemicals, and remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Store each piece separately in an airtight pouch.

    Do natural materials vary?

    Yes. Natural materials such as mother-of-pearl, freshwater pearls, agate and natural stones may vary slightly in colour, texture, lustre and pattern. These subtle differences are part of their natural character, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike.

    What is your return policy?

    Avēro accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible items that are unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@averohouse.com with your order number and clear photos before returning anything.
