Some Avēro products may use adhesive, suction, magnetic, screw-mounted, hanging, or other installation methods.

It is your responsibility to check that a product is suitable for your intended surface, room conditions, installation method, load, and use.

For no-drill, adhesive, suction, or wall-mounted products, performance may depend on factors such as:

- Surface material
- Surface smoothness
- Surface cleanliness
- Humidity
- Weight load
- Installation method
- Curing time
- Ongoing use

Unless otherwise stated, adhesive and no-drill products are generally best suited to smooth, clean, dry, non-porous surfaces such as tile, glass, marble, smooth metal, or sealed surfaces.

They may not be suitable for:

- Painted walls
- Wallpaper
- Uneven plaster
- Textured surfaces
- Damp areas
- Dusty surfaces
- Weak surfaces
- Peeling surfaces
- Surfaces exposed to excessive heat, steam, or moisture

You should always follow the installation instructions provided on the product page, packaging, or included guide.

Avēro is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable surfaces, exceeding weight limits, misuse, alteration, or failure to follow instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.

## 4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

- A product is unavailable
- There is an error in price or product information
- Payment is not authorised
- Fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected
- Delivery information is incomplete or invalid
- We are unable to deliver to your location

The total amount payable will be shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Risk in the goods remains with Avēro until the goods come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them, except where you arrange your own carrier independently and that carrier was not offered by us as a delivery option.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, faulty products, and change-of-mind returns are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Avēro.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Avēro, including any injury, damage, loss, return, refund, delivery issue, or product issue resulting from products purchased from Avēro.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Avēro.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights against Avēro.
