1. About Avēro

Avēro creates modern jewellery inspired by nature, time, and craftsmanship.

Metal components of our pieces are 925 sterling silver; designs may also include freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl, crystal, stone, and other natural or nature-inspired materials.

2. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or that you are using the website with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You must not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product information, colours, dimensions, materials, and images as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, natural material variation, and hand-finishing processes.

Natural variations in freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl, crystal, stone, or other natural materials are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

4. Prices and Availability

Prices are shown in the currency available for your region and may change without notice.

Product availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders where necessary.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, stock availability, address verification, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other operational concerns.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods.

All payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. Avēro does not store full payment card details.

7. Shipping

Avēro offers worldwide shipping through our trusted fulfilment network.

Orders are handcrafted and dispatched from Zhejiang, China. Estimated timing: dispatch within 1–2 business days, then delivery in 7–12 business days with Standard Tracked or 2–5 business days with Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be calculated at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Jewellery Care

Avēro jewellery should be handled with care.

To help preserve your piece, avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Store jewellery separately in a dry place when not in use.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, graphics, product names, collection names, and brand materials, belongs to Avēro or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.
