Where do you ship?

Avēro currently ships to selected regions, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, France, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Available shipping options, delivery estimates, and charges will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, product availability, and courier service.

Typical estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • France and Germany: 7–12 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 8–15 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free delivery may be available when your order reaches the free shipping threshold for your region. The final shipping cost and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before payment.

Are VAT, duties, and taxes included?

Where shown at checkout, VAT, duties, taxes, and applicable charges may be included in your order total. For international orders, any duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local import fees not shown at checkout may be the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact Avēro Customer Care before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed correctly.

Where should I send my return?

Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved. The correct return address may depend on your order location, product type, and warehouse availability. Our Customer Care team will provide the correct return instructions after approval.

Are your products food-safe?

Many Avēro products are made with food-grade or food-contact safe materials, such as food-grade 304 stainless steel, natural wood, bamboo, cork, silicone, PP polypropylene, BPA-free plastics where suitable, and acrylic handle details paired with 304 stainless steel. Please check each product page for specific material details.

Do you sell fragile items?

Avēro mainly focuses on non-fragile kitchen and dining essentials, such as cutlery, chopsticks, coasters, oil sprayers, bottle openers, table protection pieces, and practical kitchen tools. Product materials are listed on each product page.

How should I care for wooden or bamboo products?

Natural wood and bamboo products should be cleaned gently and dried after use. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, harsh cleaners, and long exposure to direct heat or moisture unless the product page states otherwise.
