What is your return policy?
AVĒRO accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@averohouse.com with your order number and clear photos before returning anything.
