Materials We Use

At Avēro, materials are part of the way a product feels, functions, and belongs in your home. We choose materials that support everyday use around the kitchen and dining table, with a focus on natural texture, food-contact safety, and quiet durability.

Food-Contact Safe Wood & Bamboo

Natural wood and bamboo are used in selected cutlery, coasters, handles, serving details, and dining accessories. They bring warmth, softness, and organic character to the table. Because these are natural materials, each piece may have slight variations in grain, tone, and texture.

Food-Grade 304 Stainless Steel

Food-grade 304 stainless steel is used in selected cutlery, chopsticks, kitchen tools, and dining products. It is valued for durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable daily use around food.

Cork

Cork is a lightweight natural material used in selected coasters and table accessories. It helps protect surfaces while adding a soft, warm texture to everyday settings.

Silicone

Silicone is used in selected kitchen components where flexibility, grip, sealing, or protection is needed. It is practical, easy to use, and suitable for many daily kitchen routines.

Food-Safe Plastics

For selected functional parts, we use food-safe plastics such as PP polypropylene and BPA-free materials where suitable. These materials are chosen according to the purpose of each product, especially when lightness, durability, or practicality is needed.

Acrylic Handle Details

Some Avēro dining pieces may include acrylic handle details, paired with food-grade 304 stainless steel. Acrylic brings a clean, modern, and slightly playful visual texture while keeping the product practical for everyday use.

The Avēro Standard

Every material is chosen with balance in mind: safe daily use, natural beauty, practical function, and a feeling that belongs at home.
