Returns

If you need to return or cancel an order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Before sending anything back, email us at hello@averohouse.com so our team can review and approve your return. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Returned items should be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and where possible, returned with the original packaging and accessories.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a quality issue, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve it.
